How to request account deletion

Send your request
Email support@mboacook.com from the email address linked to your MboaCook account, or mention that account email in the message.

Use a clear subject line
Use a subject such as Delete my MboaCook account so the request is processed faster.

Tell us what should be deleted
State whether you want full account deletion or only certain saved data removed while keeping the account.

We confirm and process the request
MboaCook will review the request, may ask for a short verification step, and aims to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

Data deleted when the account is deleted

Profile information linked to the account
Saved recipes and saved weekly plans
Selected country and cooking preferences
Cloud-synced wallet state inside the app account
Authentication links used to sign in to MboaCook

Data that may be retained

Payment, invoice, refund, and anti-fraud records where retention is required for legal, tax, or security reasons
Operational logs needed to investigate abuse or platform security incidents

These retained records may be kept for up to 180 days or longer when a legal obligation requires it.

Delete some data without deleting the account

Yes. MboaCook users can request deletion of some saved data without deleting the full account.

Other cloud-synced profile data, where technically supported
